On Wednesday, November 8, 2017, Royal Canadian Legion Branch 133, Cobourg, ON received a donation of $1040.00 from Twice as Nice Consignment Shop Boutique in downtown Cobourg for our 2017 Poppy Fund Campaign. Twice as Nice sold fashionable Poppy Scarves and donated $5.00 from the sale of each scarf to the poppy campaign. Sales will continue until December.
Another order of 50 or so is expected to arrive this week, possibly as soon as Tuesday, and after pre-paid orders are filled, the shop will use Facebook to let people know if there are anymore.
Cobourg Legion Branch 133 would like to thank Twice as Nice Consignment Shop and all of our community partners for their generous support to the 2017 Poppy Campaign.
