The Hon. James Cockburn Father of Confederation and First Speaker of the House of Commons is celebrating a milestone birthday on Thursday, July 18, at 6:30 p.m.
The 200th Birthday celebration will take place at the Sifton Cook Heritage Centre – Cobourg Museum on 141 Orr St., Cobourg.
